David has over 30 years experience as a licensed funeral director in Fulton and Montgomery Counties of New York State. He received his education from Perth Central School, Fulton-Montgomery Community College and Simmons School of Mortuary Science.
He is active in the following organizations and clubs: St. Ann's Episcopal Church, St. Mary's Hospital Advisory Board and Amsterdam Rotary Club, Industries for Amsterdam, Sanford Home for Elderly Women, and Masonic Lodge.
He enjoys sailing, history and reading. He is married to Roberta (Robbie), a retired schoolteacher. They have two children; Keith, who is currently working and living in Los Angeles and Daughter Lindsay : she now lives and works in New York City |

Jack has over 30 years of experience in the funeral profession. He received his education at Wilbur H. Lynch High School and the Hudson Valley Community College.
He is active in the following organizations: Liberty Foundation Board of Amsterdam, Member of Amsterdam Lodge No. 0084 F &AM of Amsterdam, And was a member of Amsterdam Kiwanis Club, Past President and former Kiwanian of the Year.
He enjoys visiting Portland Maine, motor boating and is a NY Giants fan. He is married to Debra, a Registered Nurse. Jack has two children, Jessica and Jason, two stepchildren, Peter and Misty Seames, along with a granddaughter Melody, step-granddaughter, Jordyn.

 | Vincent J. Rossi 
Vice President, Funeral Director
Vincent J. Rossi has been a funeral professional for over twenty-five years. He is a native of Amsterdam and a graduate of Bishop Scully High School and Hudson Valley Community College. He began his funeral career in December of 1979, purchasing the former Sargalis Funeral Chapel. It became the Rossi Funeral Home in 1984, merging with Johnson & Lindsay Funeral Home. The business grew from thirty calls to nearly one-hundred fifty. He credits its success to a sincere love of service to families and a total dedication to excellence. Vince is a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus and is a member of the Lions Club. He is also on the board of the St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation and Montgomery County Office of the Aging. Vincent currently conducts many funerals and enjoys his position as a major arrangement counselor at the Amsterdam location. He is also the proud dad of Luca Marc.

 | John J. Stewart 
Vice President, Funeral Director
John Stewart has been helping families at the funeral homes since 1979. He received his education at Gloversville High School and Hudson Valley Community College, and became a Licensed Funeral Director in 1982.
He is a member of Saint Mary of Mount Carmel Church in Gloversville, where he is a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, member of the Facilities Committee and an officer of the Holy Name Society. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Pine Brook Golf Club and The Eccentric Club. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of both Prospect Hill Cemetery Association and Mountain Valley Hospice, a member of the Board of Directors of the Nathan Littauer Foundation and Patriot Federal Bank, and a Division Chairman of the United Way of Fulton County.
John and his wife Sari have five children, Brandon, Brittany, Bradley, Brian and Brody. They enjoy traveling and attending sporting events together.
